OVERVIEW

Starting from the 1st September 2024, Pūmanawa Āwhina in conjunction with Auckland Council has launched the " Waste Reduction and Recycling Charter " (the "Te Taiao ora Charter").

We invite our staff, partners, stakeholders and communities to sign the Charter.

Everyone that signs the charter will automatically go into the draw to win a Bunnings Vege Garden Start-up Pack, where you will be able to plant your very own miniature vege garden to support the whānau with fresh produce from soil to table.

OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the Charter are to –

• raise public awareness and help those around us cultivate green living

• encourage waste reduction and drive behavioural change towards practising recycling separation

• cultivate good recycling habit to improve recycling rate

3. Screenshot or take a photo of your achievement (you can do the quiz as many times as you like). Aim to get above 75% which means 25 correct or more.

4. Show the screenshot of your achievement to your coordinator at the next activation & tick off Activation Achieved in the Te Taiao Ora box in your Welcome Pack

5. Sign the online Charter of commitment to recycling (CLICK HERE)

6. Enter your name into the draw to be in to win a mini vege garden start-up kit (value $300) OR a pair or ASICS boots (winner can choose)
